DELOITTE CURIOSITY MAZE | GRADUATE RECRUITMENT ENGAGEMENT CAMPAIGN
Other than the exhibition stand, Deloitte also held talks and all-day workshops for students to get to know the company better. In year 2018, the team were briefed to create a bespoke activity to be the centre point of the campaign.

BRIEF
Opportunities for Curious Minds student engagement campaign is one of the many career evening workshops Deloitte held for students to get to know the company better. Designed to showcase the difference students can make through a career at Deloitte, the evenings also offer the chance to meet with people working within the business and chat about the opportunities it has provided.
THE CURIOUSITY MAZE
After being briefed to design an bespoke activity, that not only can better engage with the students but also brings out the brand message of Deloitte, we devised a solution designed to appeal to the ingenious – a curiosity maze containing 5 challenges and a custom puzzle box, tackling the different skill sets that Deloitte values.
Students will work in teams, flexing their strategic and lateral thinking skills to win the ultimate puzzling prize.

GAME PLAY
Once students enter the room, they will see a mysterious black box on every table, later briefed by the facilitators on set about the game play.
As the box flaps open, 4 puzzle cards are hidden in each of the flap pockets, each links to the different skills and strengths Deloitte are looking for in an prospect candidate, also links with the key imageries from their campaign brand.
In the centre of the box holds a 3D maze cube that only unlocks to reveal the final puzzle card once it is solved, here is a 3D render to demonstrate how the box looked like.
